Absolutely incredible experience!! We sold our home the same week that we had our second child. Smooth Transitions came highly recommended by a family member who had used them in the past and they did not disappoint. Rob and his crew were extremely efficient and very organized down to every last box that they packed. Not only did they have a 6500 square foot house packed up in 2 1/2 days, they saved this 3 week postpartum mother of two her sanity! I can’t recommend them enough!!

I used Rob and his great crew after one of our customers had a water damage. He was there on a very short notice to estimate the project and quoted it within 2 hours. Sorted and packed a 3 bedroom two story home in 2 days. Moving everything out to a storage unit on a Saturday! And cleaning the upstairs and appliances after the home is emptied out the old tenant! All of that in 4 days!! His staff are well traded!! No temp labor and everyone was in clean uniforms! I have them on speed dial for all future losses in need of packing out! I highly recommend them! And the price was very competitive! Please give them a call for all your moving needs! You won’t be sorry!!

Wonderful in every way
Smooth Transitions is wonderful in every way. On time, easy to work with and handles everything you thought of, and some things you didn't. Knowledgeable, patient(my mother has health difficulties which they empathized with, understood, and accomidated). Listens to any request, and does their best to do the job not only correctly, but perfect. I recommend their services to everyone, and would not move again without them. I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars.

Overall we found that Smooth Transition of the Upstate did a very professional job while coupling that with compassionate cooperation. Rob and Tabitha were very responsive, and cooperative in all phases of their interaction and we would use them again and recommend them. Working with Rob, Tabitha and the Smooth Transitions team has been an incredible experience! We moved my 96 year old mother and this wasn't an easy move for her. So grateful for this company
If there were a higher rating than 5 stars, I would choose it for Smooth Transitions. This company helped us recently as my friend moved to a new location. My friend is blind and wheel chair bound so I was in charge. Smooth Transitions has a goal of taking the stress of a move on themselves to make it as easy as possible for their customers. They did this superbly. Not only were they organized and efficient, these folks are very personable. We enjoyed the time we spent (while they were working) with Rob, Tabitha, Eric, Deseree, and Emma. They worked so well as they kept my blind friend apprised of what they were doing and chatted to allow us get to know them. They were fully professional and managed the little obstacles, that usually come with a move, so that we didn't have to be concerned about anything. In the end....my friend arrived at her new location with it all set up for her to just enter and make herself at home in her new home. Plus - they went above and beyond and got all of her electronic equipment up and running even adding some new verbal and audio features for her. I HIGHLY recommend Smooth transitions. I am just so grateful for this company!

We Were Impressed
We hired Smooth Transitions on the recommendation of the Senior Living Community we were moving to. We were impressed from the moment Rob walked through our door. What a wonderful idea, a company tat works with seniors after they make the difficult decision to leave the home and downsize to a relatively small apartment. Rob and his wife, Tabitha, guide you in picking out the treasured things you've acquired over the years with overcrowding. Along with their really wonderful staff, they make your moving experience a great one instead of a nightmare. We came home to our beautiful apartment yesterday. Today the crew is over preparing our home for sale. In a few days we will be able to call our realtor and say “put that sign out and sell our house” Smooth Transitions gets the job done. You get what you pay for. Don't hesitate, they are worth every dollar and more.

Amazing Job
